This morning I whipped up a quick and easy breakfast that was loaded with all sorts of good stuff. I had an egg white omelet made with 5 egg whites and filled it with a sliced tomato, some fresh basil and a little bit of feta cheese. On the side, for some good carbs, I added an Ezekiel cinnamon raisin english muffin. After I took the pictures I spread a little peanut butter on one of my muffins to add in some good fats too.

For Kevin, I made a variation of his usual big bowl of oats and a cinnamon rasin english muffin with peanut butter on the side. I don’t think I’ve every really figured out the stats on this meal before, so take a look below…it’s a pretty big breakfast. Good metabolism I guess, because he never gains an ounce.
