Fresh fruit from the farmers market is the best. And Sunday mornings (the day after the market) are perfect for a fresh and simple breakfast of fruit, yogurt and granola. My favorite purchase this week was a big basket of delicate little strawberries. They were red, juicy and oh so sweet. I also, picked up some raspberries that were perfectly ripe, along with some peaches that I can still smell as I type. I mixed all of these together along with some fresh figs and topped my fat free plain Chobani Greek yogurt with them, a little Everything Granola and a drizzle of honey. Not sure it get’s much better than this.
Breakfast was followed up with a quick mountain bike ride and a yoga class. All in all a pretty good day.

How come all this stuff you make looks like dessert? Are you hiding calories in there somewhere….. I love it
